Neyra Toledo is from Puerto Rico and moved to NC in November 2015. A junior executive consultant, with 8 years’ experience in community and organizational development, and program management. She has broad knowledge in the development and sustainability of the nonprofit sector, strategic planning and program evaluation. An experienced facilitator, she specializes in participative and collaborative processes that stimulate transformational leadership practices within institutions and organizations, as well as deliberative dialogue methodology.
For the past 6 years, she has consulted in developing effective public relations for the nonprofit sector and corporate social media positioning and management. She is finalizing a PhD in Community and Social Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and is the Director for the North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Education among Hispanic Youth since 1999. A Published Author, she has presented her work in Barcelona, Colombia, Mexico and PR.
