PR Director for AC&M Group
A native of Argentina, Natalia A. Flores, APR, has spent 15 years as a public relations professional developing communications strategies for brands with an emphasis on multicultural markets. She is the PR Director for AC&M Group, a full-service cultural marketing firm in Charlotte, and helps brands connect with consumers using cultural insights.
Flores has experience with national and international communications outreach while previously working at global firms Burson-Marsteller and Porter Novelli. Clients have included Bojangles’, Sherwin-Williams, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, Samsung, MasterCard Worldwide, Girls on the Run, SAP, Office Depot, VMware, Latin GRAMMYs and Batanga.
A frequent lecturer on Hispanic marketing, Flores has worked on award-winning campaigns and has been published in Public Relations Tactics and The Public Relations Strategist. She is a graduate from Florida International University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication and is accredited in public relations.
Flores is an active member of PRSA Charlotte and is a past president of PRSA Miami. She serves on the board of the Harris YMCA and is a member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and the Latin American Chamber of Commerce. She is a House Operations Volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte and is a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run in Charlotte. An avid runner and triathlete, she also serves as mentor for Tri It For Life, a local organization inspiring women of all ages, sizes, backgrounds and abilities to develop healthy lifestyles through multi-sport training, mentorship and commitment.
Recently, the Charlotte Chamber named Flores a Young Professional (YP) Business Leader finalist for her dedication to the industry and community. On most weekends, you can find Flores on a long run or training for a race with her husband and daughter.
