Jeanette is a graduate of Park University with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and President of ECCO Select, a human enterprise solutions provider headquartered in Kansas City, MO. ECCO’s areas of expertise include management consulting and information technology services. Additionally, ECCO provides supplemental staffing in the fields of Accounting and Finance, Health Care, Legal Services, Marketing, Translations and Training.

Jeanette has been profiled by numerous publications and featured in trade and diversity articles both for her business acumen and her civic commitment. She is a sought after board member and was recently elected as Vice Chair of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is the incoming chair for Junior Achievement and serves on the United Missouri Bank Board of Directors. She was appointed last year by Governor Nixon to the Missouri Commission on Workforce Investment Board. In addition, Prenger is on the board of The Boy Scouts of America, Friends of the Zoo, Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey, Kansas City Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Truman Medical Center Foundation, Starlight Theatre and serves on the Board of Trustees for United Way of Kansas City. Jeanette also serves on the Civic Advisory Council and the Geographic Expansion and Visibility Task Force for Park University.
