MILLY B. KAMMERDIENER
LATINA Style Entrepreneur of the Year
Milly came to the United States, from Venezuela, at the age of 16 without the ability to speak English. Milly is 1 of 4 children born to Christian Missionary parents who still to this day have not owned a home and still serve God with their lives. Now at the age of 33, she manages and operates a Real Estate Company with offices in Texas, Florida and Brazil. Kammerdiener started her company as a marketing website for first-time home buyers in the Houston Metropolitan area in 2005. After four years serving the needs of Houston area home buyers, Newhomeprograms.com LLC became a Real Estate Brokerage Corporation in Florida in 2009 and then in Texas in 2010. Kim Kelley, president of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in Houston, credits Kammerdiener’s devotion to serving others and setting an example as to why she is the perfect candidate for this award. “Despite her humble beginnings, Milly has done what no other Latin American has done…created a private-owned National Real Estate company that has caught the eyes of billion dollar banks and national mortgage companies because of her company’s strategic relationships and willingness to serve people,” she says.
In fact, Newhomeprograms.com LLC offers free credit education to the Latin community as well as an International Buyer Program to Latin America. Kammerdiener is a member of numerous organizations and boards including: the National Realtor Association, Texas Realtor Association, Houston Realtor Association, Certified International Property Specialists, Texas Notary, Northgate Crossing Home Owners Association, and is also a secretary for a Latin American/United States Christian Ministry.
