As a leader for Walt Disney World Resort and East Coast Minority Business Development strategies, Lourdes focuses her efforts on the Hispanic and Women’s market segments of the minority business community. In this role, Lourdes has the primary responsibility for establishing business-to-business relationships with multicultural businesses and civic and professional associations while creating relationships that may include sponsorship activation, community engagement and collaboration.
Lourdes’ 18-year career with Walt Disney World has provided a myriad of professional growth opportunities. She has enjoyed a progression of leadership roles beginning with the launch of Disney Cruise Line, followed by exciting tenures with Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, Disney Event Group and Disney Resort Sales attracting Multicultural Markets prior to her 2011 appointment to her current position.
Before joining Disney, Lourdes held leadership positions with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruises Inc., where she held various leadership roles.
Lourdes is an active member of the Central Florida community serving, serving as a volunteer and leader on numerous nonprofit boards including the Central Florida Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund of Metro Orlando and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando. Lourdes is also involved with the Hispanic American Professional and Business Women’s Association, National Association of Women Business Owners and Girl Scouts of America. Lourdes views her efforts with Hispanic and women’s causes, and her volunteer efforts to provide guidance to the next generation of women, as a calling.
Lourdes received her Masters in Business Administration from Stetson University and resides in Orlando with her husband Jose and her children Gabriella (10) and Kolbe (7).

Giorgina Pinedo-Rolon was born in Caracas, Venezuela. She obtained a degree in Business Administration from Andres Bello Catholic University in Venezuela. She also earned a Masters in TV Production and Journalism. Currently she is pursuing her PhD in Social Phycology.
She worked for Walt Disney World for nine years as a Merchandise Buyer. After Disney, she began a new career in the field of media. She has extensive experience in television, print, and radio. Giorgina served as Director of Production and Public Relations and TV host for Telemundo. After nine years with Telemundo, she was hire by Casiano Communications as Chief Editor.
Currently, she is the President and owner of Gio Communications, a communications agency focused on Public relations, Hispanic outreach, government affairs, media buy and marketing.
Pinedo-Rolon is the Chair of the board of Directors of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro Orlando, Board Member of the Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund, chair of the Public Relations committee for the Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund, Board Member of the Hope Community Center and Board Member of the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund. She was a former board member of the Orange County Membership and Mission Review Board, Coalition for the Homeless, Easter Seals, former President of National Association of Hispanic Journalists Central Florida Chapter.
